In a fantastc location right in the heart of Kingscliff, staying here means everything is an easy stroll from your front door.
Straight across from the beach at the southern end of Marine Parade means the beach and the blue waters of Cudgen Creek are on righ here.
This property takes up the top floor of 20 Marine Parade, right downstairs is the trendy cafe "The Salt Mill" and next door is one of the Tweed Coast's best restaurants - Taverna.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen all down one side and then a great balcony area at the front with BBQ, kitchen, huge Master bedroom, walk in robe, and double shower in the oversize bathroom with separate toilet.
The one bathroom though is an ensuite to the master and will not work well for people staying who are not family.
Ideal for a couple or a family with younger kids.
A great base for a holiday in our beachside town.
